To book an appointment, simply use the booking app you see on this page.

Alternatively, if you’d wish to discuss your treatment beforehand you can send us a message via the ‘contact us’ form in this website or via Facebook messenger here. 

Please ensure that you have read our booking policies below before you book any appointments. By going ahead and booking, you are automatically agreeing to the Salons policies, so we advise that you have a quick read through.

Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

If plans change or something comes up, which of course can happen from time to time, we require 48 hours or more (if possible) in order to cancel/change your appointment, leaving plenty of time to offer your slot to a client who may be waiting. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge.

 

48 hours or more – no charge, and if required you will be re-scheduled or put on the waiting list for next suitable availability.

 24-48 hours – you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. When 50% fee is paid, you will then be given the option to re-schedule or put on the waiting list for next suitable availability. 

Less than 24 hours – you will be charged 100% of treatment cost due to the unlikelihood of filling your slot. After the fee is paid, you will then have the option of re-booking or being put on the waiting list for next suitable availability (if required).

Whilst I understand that some circumstances don’t allow enough notice, I ask for an understanding that this to me as a small business still means a loss of earnings and by booking an appointment slot you are taking responsibility for that slot wether you attend or not. So to sustain fairness, the cancellation fee’s apply to everyone.

Covid-19 Policy

UPON ARRIVAL – When arriving to your appointment, please place your coat on the hooks provided in the entrance hall. You will then be provided with a basket for your belongings by whoever your therapist is, you must only bring essential items with you to your appointment (phone, purse etc) and once these are placed into the basket you must proceed to sanitise your hands. Your belongings should remain in the basket untouched for the duration of your appointment unless there is an emergency call.

 

ATTEND ALONE – Pre-covid, our salon policy was to bring no children along to appointments. With new circumstances and regulations to ensure the safest enviornment for us and you as the client, we ask that you do not bring anyone along to your appointment. You must come alone. This will eliminate the amount of people in the salon at one time, therefore lessening the risk of spreading illness.

 

PPE – All team members at Beau Beauty will be wearing the mandatory PPE. We ask each client to wear what they are comfortable with, as the government guidleines do not state that you as the client MUST wear any PPE in particular, we will leave this up to the client as to what makes them feel safest. If you do choose to wear a mask, please bring your own one along to your appointment, if you don’t have one we will have some at the salon to purchase for a small fee. If your appointment is for lashes we ask that you make sure your mask has the metal strip that moulds over the nose to prevent hot air rising from your mouth onto the lashes, as otherwise this is likely going to cause some retention issues as it increases temperature and humidity in the eye area wich are the two things that work against the lash adhesive.

 

DIGITAL CONSULTATIONS – All clients, old and new, will now be required to fill out a new consultation form, a link for the form will be sent out with your appointment reminder text. We ask that the form is completed prior to your appointment. This will ensure all details are up to date in the system, and also save some time at the begining of your appointment if it is done beforehand.

 

PRICING – All treatment prices have been reviewed and amended during the lockdown period. Some treatments now have a longer duration to ensure the service is being delivered at the highest standards. All prices can be viewed on this website or via the booking link.

 

FEELING UNWELL? – If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend your appointment, and notify us as soon as possible. If you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please do not attend your appointmnet or re-schedule within 14 days. Your health and our teams health is of paramount importance, so we ask for your cooperation in ensuring we do not bring the virus into the salon.

 

ARRIVE ON TIME – The waiting area in the salon will initially be closed until the guidelines are relaxed a little further. Please do not arrive early to your appointment as you will not be able to come inside and wait. Clients will be asked to wait outside or in their car until they receive a message from their therapist notifying them that they are ready for their arrival. This will be after the previous client has left the building safely, and a quick sanitisation has been carried out on the work station and previously used areas.

 

TOILETS – Please try to use the toilet before coming to the salon. We are unable to close the toilet due to health and safety reasons, but we would like for it to be used only in emergencies as it will need to be cleaned after each use.

 

Booking fee

A booking fee (deposit) is required upon booking an appointment. Booking fee’s are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule (within 48 hours or more, please see above cancelation policy) , the booking fee will be credited to your next future booking. In the event that the cancellation fee is not paid, you will not be able to make any future bookings at Beau Beauty until the owed fee is paid.
